If you’re familiar with the Long Beach underground scene, you’ve probably heard of Rue Rue. Hailing from the city made famous by Snoop Dogg, Rue Rue has been making waves since the early 2000s. He’s been actively recording music and dominating street battles with a raw, grown-man aggression ever since his youth. With Long Beach gaining national attention thanks to legends like Snoop Dogg, Tha Dogg Pound, and Warren G, Rue Rue found himself collaborating with some of the top names in the industry.

His musical journey began in the Watts district of Los Angeles, inspired by his older brother, who shared his passion for the arts. While Rue Rue honed his skills in LA, his true breakthrough came when he co-founded the group Dynamic Certified. Known for pushing the limits of the underground scene, they set the bar for any MC willing to step up and challenge. Led by Techniec (LBC Crew & Beach Boy, Hoo-Bangin' Records) and Pac, Dynamic Certified featured six powerhouse MCs who commanded respect across internet magazines and underground circuits during their time.

Today, Rue Rue is stepping into the spotlight as a solo artist, making his mark with 3UpTop Music Group. Be sure to check out his latest tracks and see why he’s a force to be reckoned with.

Meet Jae Moore, also known as Babeboy, the CEO and president of 3uptop Music Group. Jae's vision and hard work have brought this project to life. His music journey began in the mid-90s as a member of a group managed by teen pop star Traci Spencer ("Tender Kisses"). By the early 2000s, he had transitioned into club promotion while working on his solo demo project, eventually launching his indie label, 3Fly. His ambition led him to establish a consulting company in the 2010s, offering talent booking services under one umbrella. Now, with a solid foundation and multiple projects under his belt, Jae is ready to make history with new talent and music media.
